3 selected site visits to European sites related to the specific topics of expertise of the European Partners enhance trainees’ knowledge reception.

Ethiopian Partners’ academic staff will thus be able to deepen their understanding in:

• Social Inclusion
• Sustainable energy management
• Participatory mapping

Intensive discussions during the site visits will clarify, how European experiences in these topics can be understood in their historic and socio-economic context, and what aspects might be transferable to specific Ethiopian contexts.
