Urban Housing
The course intends to equip students to critically evaluate and examine urban housing Theories, policies, and regulations. It also helps the student to build their problem-solving capacities in the fields of housing and community development. Students should be able to understand the existing housing challenges both locally and globally and bring about proposals that are practically and strategically innovative; economically feasible, socially acceptable, and environmentally sound strategies.
